"Kristen was very helpful in making sure I understood everything before moving forward on any part of the process. She was always available 24/7 to answer my texts. I felt very confident in my decisions after talking things over with her. She would give all possible scenarios and what outcomes could be with each decision. Kristen was also fun to work with. It was my mom's house and was hard to see the family home being sold but she made the whole process a little easier."
